My question is how come some people have "nominate me" buttons and some don't? At first I thought you had to reach a certain ranking to have one, but upon further inspection I noticed that several different levels have them. Who decides who is eligible to be nominated for member spotlight? (I am not asking this for me, there was someone I wanted to nominate but she didn't have a "nominate me" button, and I thought it was because she wasn't ranked high enough yet, but then I saw a few regular members with them and so that theory was blown out of the water)
