The Wyoming House of Representatives is currently considering a bill to enact a Cottage Foods law!

I really believe that as time goes on, we will see more and more of this kind of legislation in the U.S.

Is this still active (HB0016)? I have been unable to find out anything online and apparently the next session isn't until 2010. Does anyone know the status of this bill?

Looks like it passed, but applies only to farmer's markets, roadside stands, county fairs, etc. Weird.

Thanks, Kelley. Isn't that the same situation as Indian? I was just about to go looking for their information.
