So I'm making these spice cakes for tomorrow...just pulled one out of the oven, let it cool. Did the touch AND toothpick test, and both were fine. But when I was leveling the top off, I saw that it was still "undone" in the middle!
It's not too bad...just a little wetter looking in that spot. Should I toss it?
Please help ASAP!

But it's not THAT bad, I think maybe I'm just a little paranoid.
If you did a toothpick test and it came out (almost) clean then there is nothing to worry about. Leahs is right on as usual
It's happened to me before and no one got sick! I was worried at the time too, but no big deal!
Trust me, no one will be getting sick.
