Hi guys, im literally sooo excited i can hardly type! Environmental Health inspected my kitchen and said i was fine to start business! im starting a Business Programme for 4 weeks twice a week at the end of the month and practising with fondant every minute i can and Ive already got an order for a two tier birthday cake for 23rd November with the promise of another if the first one she orders goes well!!

I work full time so this is a sideline and probably always will be but im really excited and a few extra pounds will come in handy with the credit crunch in northern ireland at the moment!!

Thanks guys! im really delighted! i really thought my dogs would be an issue as they sleep in the living room which is just off my kitchen but they were fine about it so long as they are not actually in the kitchen. i just have so much to do! so many prices to work out, flyers to distribute, cake boxes to buy, business course to start and work full time and spend time with my husband but i wouldnt change it for anything !!

OMG! I'm so excited and envious of you! It's must be so rewarding for you. I can't wait until the day when I get to say that, actually, I'll probably scream it.. haha.
