A friend asked me to make a chocolate "Mounds Bar" cake for her 50th Wedding anniversary. Someone else is making a white square stacked cake. I have round, oval and heart shaped pans but can't decide how to decorate the cake once it is made. The cake will have a shiny chocolate icing on it and I prefer to work with buttercream rather than fondant because I don't like the way it tastes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I probably would go w/the heart. Use white icing to decorate it - probably scrolls or cornelli and a big 50 in gold. The board would be covered in gold foil.
