I've got a request for a 28th birthday cake where the birthday girl has just found out she is pregnant. Any ideas on what to make? They are leaving it up to me.

I did something like that a few yrs ago. I found a pic of a pg woman; made a choco transfer. Added a few flowers and borders.....simple
