Is it still better for me to bake my cake at 325 even when it says 375 in the recipe?

Well it would depend on your recipe but for most cakes I definately would use 325. I don't think I have ever heard of baking a cake at 375.

I always bake all my cakes at 325 and they turn out great.

I like a hotter oven for baking cake--350 to 375.

I always do my cakes at 325 no matter what they say.
