I didn't want to hijack the other pizzelle thread and the search function brought up info from 2005 so here's my question...

I want to purchase a pizzelle maker but which brand is best/which do you like? I read some reviews on amazon.com but would like ya'll comments.

I don't recall the brand of the one I have, however, be sure the design is well defined. Mine is not 'non-stick' and I wouldn't pay extra for that, since the cookies rarely stick. Also, I think the coating inhibits browning.

I have to get mine out again, I love those things.

Mine is a VillaWare, purchased a few years ago, and I have been happy with it.
