Well I can't think of anything special for a grandma.
Most likely I would stick w/a very general 'baby' theme....there are many in the gallery that could fill this request.

I think it's sweet. Our neighbor had one. It was mostly a get-together and an opportunity to show off baby pictures. There was a cake, punch and snacks. No gifts, just well wishes.
