But here is the issue I'm having....It's to soft to roll even after I leave it in the fridge for 1-3hours just cause it's super soft! What I'm I doing wrong? I follow all the dicrections and use the right amount but Man am I failing! I want to Pass!!!!! I made a batch last week and it came out great....but today I had to add more flour and when I did that last time it tasted just like flour(naste) PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or is there another sugar cookie that taste great and can be used for cut-outs???? TIA

It could be humidity where you are. If a dough is too sticky, you can roll it out between to pieces of plastic. Then freeze it flat for cutting.
