Have any of you used wafer paper in your edible printers instead of sugar sheets?

Yes.....BUT..........
I had 2 different printers; one made the most awful gummed up mess and one worked fine.
It had to be the printer as the waferpaper was from the same batch printed w/in minutes of each other.

You can print on either side of the wp but most pix look best printed on the smooth side.

thanks for your response, I just bought an EI printer this past weekend and ordered the tanks for it, but need paper.... is it pretty much the same as sugar sheets, you just place it on the cake?

Wafer paper is so sensitive to moisture, that I think frosting sheets are better.... but wp does work. I make diplomas that are printed at grad. time.
