Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone has a good way to make my 2" pans deeper- say like 3"- (aside from buying new 3" pans.)

Any ideas?

Thanks!

you can create a collar to make it taller.

use a stip of parchment (waxed paper and foil will also work) about 4 inches wide and line the sides of the pan. Depending on the pan and the length of the parchment, you may need to join the strips so they go all the way around the inside of the pan, sticking up over the top
