I have made chocolate ganache quite often and love the look of it, especially chocolate poured over buttercream and dripping down the sides. How do you make white ganache, I saw it on a web site called Utah Cakes.

Make white chocolate ganache in exactly the same way as your milk/dark chocolate ganache but use white chocolate instead.

I've always seen recipes that call for much less cream than the "brown" chocolate calls for when making white choc. ganache.
I love baking 911 recipes from another website that won't post here and the great chocolate tutorials. PM me for the website if you want it.
