PLEASE help. I am a novice and trying to learn. If I make characters out of fondant? How long will they last? I want to get some decorations ready but not sure how to preserve what I make. It is very humid and hot here in Chicago lately, should I refridgerate the decorations?

i wouldn't store fondant in the frig'...it will be fine in a container in a dry place. fondant keeps for a long time. icon_wink.gif
