I do not recommend it. How old is it? In this warmer weather it can be risky. What kind of flavoring if any is in there? Is this for a client?

I mean if it was fresh Saturday it should be fine really. If it's been kept cool in an air conditioned room. I didn't know how old it was. I would re-use that on a client's cake if it was two days old. Like by next Saturday, uh ugh I'd pass.
