I've been trying to come up with a raspberry flavored cake and I can't seem to get enough raspberry flavor. This last time I used raspberry puree in place of half of the water in the wasc cake recipe and you can barely tell its there. If I use all puree it will cost me a small fortune.
Have you tried the LorAnn Flavor Oils. I know that works really good for me.
If you recipe can handle it or the people can. You could also use rasp. liquor. It works awesome.
I love rasp. flavored cakes and fillings.
