My application for a Homestead bakery was approved, and the inspection is my last step. She was supposed to come next week, but just called and said she's already in my town doing two other inspections and wanted to know if she could do mine too! So I sent my youngest over to a friend's house, and now I'm cleaning like a madwoman! She'll be here in a little over an hour...I'm not prepared for this mentally. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!

What an awesome inspector. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and the experience was not intimidating at all. She passed me, and I was concerned because I didn't have the shatter-proof bulbs already. But I told her I'd ordered them online. Funny thing was, when I told her I had three kids ages 8 and under, she asked me for potty training advice for her 3 y.o. LOL! It was a win-win!
