My sister told me that she used the icing recipe on the back of the Hershey's special dark chocolate cocoa can and that is was easy to do and comes out sooo dark it is almost black. Well.. let me tell you, I tried it last night and it is great!! I would say that I could never get my icing that dark if I tried all night. It is perfect!! It would be great as a contract with a milk chocolate. THe taste is great and it worked so easy on the cake and with smoothing!!!

I normally use chocolate icing then add black to get it really black. It's a great tip!

Please be careful, though some people are allergic to chocolate.
