I am doing my first wedding cake.
As the day approaches, I'm secondguessing everything.
I have made approx 20 lbs of MM Fondant
to cover 4", 8",12" & 16" (4" layers) w/ 1/4" thick.
Do I have enough or should I make more? I don't want to be finding out I don't have enough in the middle of the process since the fondant has coloring added.
