I have heard so many cakers rave about the WBH buttercream. Does it crust? I will be doing a princess cake for a child and I want to make some impressions on the cake which the Mom wants in BC will that work or should I use Sugarshack's?

Thanks

I haven't tried the WBH buttercream, but I vote for SugarShack! All the kids I know have LOVED that icing!

No it doesn't crust & unless you use something besides vanilla it won't have much flavor. I like it w/ chocolate cake only. DH doesn't like it at all b/c he said it leaves a greasy film in his mouth. It's more of a whipped texture too. I love sugarshacks buttercream!!! And kids usually LOVE extra sweet.
