Would you use silver dragees on an ivory colored cake? It's for a 30th wedding anniversary. The only decorations on the cake will be white calli lillies. I can't find white available near by and need it for Saturday.
Thanks
I agree with Diane, pearls would look better (to me) than silver on ivory. The color for a 25th anniversary is silver though, so I could understand using it then, but you mention that it is for a 30th.
I would try pearls and if you can't get them, just pipe 'beads' out of bc where you would've put the pearls. When the bc crusts, lightly paint it w/ a mixture of lemon extract and pear dust.
Good luck!

200 handmade pearls made in two days, but that was pushing it.
I think silver and ivory are a very modern combination... they are both neutrals and definately you can put them together!
Check out these cakes - I googled silver ivory cake
