Would MMF be okay to use on a dummy cake? Would it mold?
I have to do a cake for a local party store for display any suggestions?
Thank you for your help with this FRAN

MMF is fine for display dummies. However, color will fade if it is in bright light. As long as it is all white, no problem.

Don't roll it too thin, it will help avoid any cracking.

I use piping Gel under it to help it stick as well. (instead of buttercream)
