Just curious, does anyone know if there is a quick reference chart or list showing how many servings a particular size cake pan serves.
For example and 11" x 15" x 2" depth (2 layers) serves approx. 85
I think I recall seeing something in a Wilton book but if memory serves it wasn't easy to follow. I hate calculating servings and was just looking for a shortcut if one exists.

In the articles section there is a thread on serving sizes. There is also one on the Wilton Website-smaller servings and party servings.
