We are currently putting in my separate kitchen and I'm trying to decide what kind of oven to get. Should I get a convection? I want one of the GE profile ones (around $1400 new) that has the option of being convection or not, but wanted to see what you all have/like.
I'm not real impressed with the convection oven - I have a Jenn Air. If you bake cakes, make sure your largest cake pan will fit in the oven. I have found a lot of the ovens are wide enough but the depth is not there.
I'm hoping to purchase a new oven myself and would love to hear the answer to this one, too.
