Hi:

I was wondering if there was a point in the process of making her fondant you can add color rather than after it's already made. I need to make burgundy and black and figured if that was the case I could just color it all burgundy and the tint the portion I need black from there.

i would add color at the point where the liquid/moisture is added. If you add a lot of color, you may need to adjust the powdered sugar a bit.
