I purchased my cannon 1p3500 printer last month, and i am now setting it up. We changed out the chips, i have the right tanks, and it still won't work. It keeps saying the print head is not installed or not compatible. Did anyone else have this problem? If so, do you know what we need to do. Thank you

My advice would be to call Canon and talk to them. I had an IP3200 that worked fine at first, but a few months later, with not much use, it just stopped working. Turned out the print head was defective and they replaced it.

This might not be what happened with yours, but they can pretty much figure out the problem over the phone. HTH a little. Janice
