Can You Freeze Cookies

I have recieved an order for 500 decorated cookies, can you freeze them So I can start on them a couple of weeks early, due to other orders?

I was just wondering how they will taste after beiing frozen.

You can freeze uniced cookies or cookies iced with royal icing. Store them in an air tight container. When you remove them from the freezer, don't open the container until the cookies are room temperature. This will prevent condensation on the cookies. You can store them for up to a month. icon_wink.gif
