So I made 3 WASC cake layers and as I was trying delicatly to handle one of them for leveling with my new leveler icon_biggrin.gif and a chunk broke off icon_cry.gif
I'm sure I can use it as the bottom or middle layer (best option?) but just wanted to check I'm not about to make a big mistake?! icon_confused.gif
I'll be filling with BC and covering with fondant, and was thinking I could just 'glue' it with a bit of BC??

usually you can 'glue' it back. It can make cutting and serving a bit messy.

Thanks! I was thinking I'll put it in the middle so when i cut it, it won't fall off! icon_biggrin.gif
