A coworker is leaving the company after many years and I want to make him a cake for his last day. I am stumped for ideas? Can anybody help?

If it's a very small cake why not write good bye in many forms and languages?
Like: bye; so long; audios; see ya'; you'll be missed; syanara(sp?).........oh why can't I think of them now...I've made this a couple of timesicon_sad.gif
Oh I remember a cake in (I think it was) an old MBN that was a cute cartoon little girl waving a hankie w/big, fat tears dripping down. Uugg I can picture it so well... the girl/pic was waist up; sort of triangle shapped and the hand w/the hankie is raised up over her head.
