Has anyone heard of this before? Is it something that can be doctored from a cake mix. Please let me know.

I have a recipe for Mexican Hot chocolate icing which calls for Ancho chili powder and cinnamon.

there are several recipes on the net for this and I believe there is one here under recipes in the chocolate cake section. You using add chili powder or a spice of the same sort and cinnamon....
