Hi! I went to a restaurant a while ago (Westend Cafe) and had a piece of dreamsicle cheesecake. It was the BEST cheesecake i have ever tasted and i would love to be able to make it, but i can only find one recipe and it doesnt sound quite right. Does anyone know a really good recipe?

Thanks!
Ryan

Thanks for the welcome! But the cheesecake wasnt orange, it was like a regualr cheesecake i think with an orange one swirled in it maybe? Thats what it looked like, white with orange swirl, maybe i should do that?

cheesecake is fairly forgiving. You could flavor part of the batter and swirl it together.

Do you think dreamsicle would be good with some amaretto in it?

Well, I don't really like almond, so I couldn't say. but if it sounds good to you, give it a try.
