If possible I would like to avoid merengue powder and use something similar to the Wilton Pour or Toba's Glace.... I want to put it on cookies made with tea and want to keep the tea flavor going.... Thanks.
You could use strongly brewed, cold tea, but your icing will be brownish
or you could use green tea powder, but your icing would be green.
Yes, I guess the icing would be tan/brown. I also thought about using instant tea.... Just looking for some ideas, thanks.
Now I am thinking cookie with tea flavor and very subtle lemon flavor in icing.
