Has anyone ever tried the Extra Special Buttercream Icing on the wilton site? Does it really need refrigeration? If anyone has tried this let me know your results. I would love to know. Thanks icon_smile.gif

I don't think that needs refridgeration. I think the sugar keeps it for a few days. My instructor said that it's guaranteed by Wilton for at least 3-4 days on the counter.

I use that recipe all the time, I leave it out for at the most 3 days. Then I get a little nervous. icon_sad.gif
