Extra Special Buttercream Icing

Has anyone ever tried the Extra Special Buttercream Icing on the wilton site? Does it really need refrigeration? If anyone has tried this let me know your results. I would love to know. Thanks

I don't think that needs refridgeration. I think the sugar keeps it for a few days. My instructor said that it's guaranteed by Wilton for at least 3-4 days on the counter.

I use that recipe all the time, I leave it out for at the most 3 days. Then I get a little nervous.
