Well I fixed up my headless teddy bear and managed to make the bunny cake for my DS kindergarten class. I added patches of grass with jellybeans and patches with flowers. I just hope it lasts till tomorrow morning I could not get that silly mouth straight!
luvalot: he's absolutely adorable! Love the smile! How did you get his ears to stay like that?

Great job on the cake. I'm jealous!!! Wanted to make something for my daughter's class but she is not going on tomm. because of early dismissal.
great job....not only do i like the bunny's ears but i also like the bunnys going around the cake.
Yeah, give us the juice on the ears! How did ya do that??? Forgot to tell you how awesome he looks. Absolutely love him!
Awwh, that bunny cake is perfect, just so cute. Love all the decorations, the kids will love it! Didn't follow the story of the headless bunny but let's hope the head doesn't fall off and traumatize a bunch of little ones! Haha, teasing!

Awww...he is too cute! And good save on the headless bunny! And his smile is just perfect...
Great job!
Thanks for all the nice comments
I saved Mr Bunny with icing and with the dowel rods in his ears.
Speaking of which, many have asked what his ears are made out of...I just cut cardboard, covered it in foil and attached a couple of lollypop sticks, and voila!
The kids loved it and I think my little boy was very proud He helped with the royal bunnie on the sides of the cake, and he put the jellybeans on as well.
Awwh, kids like to help and you are wise letting him! I bet his little face lit up!
