Ordered new cookie cutters on Friday 2-17th, and got them today 2-21st.
They were ordered from:
www.kitchengifts.com
I have ordered several from this company and they have always shipped fast. So if you are in need of cutters fairly quick--try them.

Just wondering, has anyone tried

They seem to have a huge range of cookie cutters and they ship to Australia : ) at a reasonable price.

I´ve ordered from both, Kitchengifts & foosecookiecutters and had no problems with them. Very fast, I think around 14 days, for the overseas delivery.

I love foose cookie cutters. They are great to deal with and are very quick. They also have a store on Ebay so you can find better prices. I actually went to their store once (it was alot further than I thought!)Just a sea of tin cookie cutters! Very nice people!

I've purchased from foose as well - love their selection. I've also purchased from a place called www.thecookiecuttershop.com, a little more expensive but had some stuff that foose didn't.

Here's another one too. If not to get cookie cutters, then to get some ideas. I picked up the Celebrate Cake cookie cutter on a card from a Hallmark store that is going out of business. I googled the maker and here's their site. It take a bit to go through but at the home page click on left side--Retail Store and then click on Site Map then any topic. They even have kits that you can get with paint powders. They also have a section for seasonal celebration project list. Thanks for reading. http://www.barkandbradley.com/

I ordered about 25 cutters from Foose a couple of weeks ago. They are very ordinary tin cutters. I personally prefer the copper cutters but for my less made shapes, I don't want to invest in a $10.00 cutter. That's why I went with Foose - theirs are about $1.00 a piece. They delivered very quickly and my order was complete. If I had one complaint, it's that the shapes are small. I like the BIG cutters (5 or 6 inch). Most of Foose's cutters are about 3 inch.

Mac,

Thanks for the info on how fast you got them. That is nice to know since I just ordered some from them yesterday, I know now that I will have them at the beginning of next week.

Nati,

Thanks for the tip about Foose, looks like a great site!!

SULIE--
I use a rose cookie cutter that is a cookie stamp. I bought it at Michael's and it comes with a cutter and the foam stamp that you dip in food coloring to stamp a pattern on the cookie. I don't use the stamp but I follow their pattern.

I too like kitchengifts. the cutters are ont he high side, but wow are they great.
I would not reccomend pinenose (or pinnochio productions) as I placed an order on 2-9 and they did not even mail until 2-24. I had to email and call before I got the info I needed.

Thanks,

julia

Thank you thank you!! I just checked out kitchen gifts they have some cool cookie cutters!! I am in cookie heaven. I get so frustrated when I can't find certain designs I think of. They have a ton I hadn't even thought of. I can see the money flying out of my wallet already!
Thanks again

Great site! Thanks.

southaustingirl Posted 2 Mar 2006 , 5:15am

I have only order from Foose and I have been very happy.

I came across another site.....Cinci cake and cookie.....or something like that. I'll have to look it up again...anyway, they have a large selection of cutters for .99 up to about 1.29.

Has anyone come across a cookie cutter in the shape of wedding gowns?

You might think I am an employee, I suggest this site so much, but I'm not. Just a loyal customer.

www.sweetc.com

Sweet Celebration, formerly Maid of Scandinavia. The website is limited, but the catalog has a bunch of different tools for cake decorating, baking, cookies, candies, etc. I'd say the average cookie cutter price is $.99.

I have been in search of a particular mermaid cookie cutter for my daughter's birthday party. Kitchengifts has one but not the right one. I found one on ebay and won the auction. party.gif
I received it three days later and it was the wrong cutter. icon_sad.gif Turns out it was the CookieCutterShop's auction. The woman apologized and said they don't carry the particular cutter anymore and they were having problems with their auction-pictures displaying old images. She gave me a full refund plus, gave me a site that has the cutter!! (just like Macy's in Miracle on 34th!!) thumbs_up.gif The site is great. They must have 50+ dog cutters for you dog fans. They have my mermaid as well as the christening gown cutter I want. Prices are under $3.50, most of them are $1.30. Check it out. It's called The Little Fox Factory. I'll be placing my order soon.

*I believe the Cookie Cutter Shop said they take orders by phone or mail but they deliver fast.
