I was wondering if anyone has found a good recipe for making a icing base. I currently buy mine from a local cake supply store, but I was wondering if anyone has made there own. I've searched everywhere and can't find a recipe. Please Help! ! ! ! ! Thank You.

Can you tell me how to use icing base? I've seen it at our cake supply store, but I don't have any idea how to use it. Any tips would be great! TIA

I add it to my buttercream to make it more fluffy and it also adds a good flavor to it.
