I usually just replace part of the powdered sugar with cocoa powder. I use Indydebi's recipe and I replace 1 cup of powdered sugar with 3/4 cup cocoa powder.
for even deadlier (we're talking death by chocolate here)

AND
add 8oz melted chocolate (i prefer Ghiradelli).
This will make it very stiff, so add some more milk (TBS at a time) to get consistency you need.
