The cake community is a special, wonderful place because of its members willingness to share. Instead of being competitive or secretive, cake-makers tend to be open and happy to talk about the things they have learned. That’s what makes this community so great. It’s hard to talk cake with a fellow decorator without hearing a few tips or tricks.
