Canon Camera
I was really pressed for time for this cake, but it was for a friend and he was really understanding (he wanted a 3D fondant camera standing up on the cake)...so after many attempts at trying to work with what he wanted and the time I had, this is how it turned out...so it still kind of looks 3D, but really it's 2D. =D...enjoy!

The Big Hamburger
The school I graduated from has Continuing Education Classes, and I worked as a TA for a cake decorating class with the wonderful Rose Sen. She demoed this kind of cake, and one of the students happened to be sick, so I made her cake for her. And this is how it turned out!!! =) It's a real 8" cake divided into 3 parts, then covered in fondant. All edible condiments are either made out of coloured modeling chocolate or fondant (even the sesame seeds!) To finish everything off, it was either hand painted or airbrushed.

Winter Wonderland Wedding
Tiered wedding cake for a client with a blue, white, and silver winter wonderland theme. It's a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. They asked for this cake 1 wk prio to the wedding without any consult, so it was a rush order. All the designs are cut free-hand out of blue fondant. Then blue royal icing for the vines, etc. =)

Black Lace Wedding
Here's one of the wedding cakes I prepared for the Calgary Wedding Fair Trade Show. This pattern on this cake has been popular with a lot of clients, so I decided to make it a feature at the show again. The peony was made with fondant (since I had no gumpaste), and with an orchid cutter set since I had no peony cutters. This was my 1st peony: I would've done another flower except my boss really wanted a peony,...so here it is! =)

Mcqueen Birthday Cake
I made a cake at work for a boy's birthday, and he wanted a 3D edible Mcqueen on it so I made him all out of fondant. It was kind of a last minute order, so I made him in a few hours. This is my 2nd attempt on this character, and it all turned out in the end despite the rushing! Enjoy!
