A 3 tier square wedding cake made for a rather small reception. The bottom tier was a cake dummy, and the top two tiers were made to feed her guests. She got the look of the larger cake, with just enough servings to feed her guests, and well within her budget

2 tier hello kitty cake. Bottom is a mini tier, white with strawberry filling, and top is a full tier, chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Both covered in MMF.
A cake designed off of the Medieval Fantasy Nature. Along with the Blue Cobalt Tarantula. This was my first ever Airbrushed cake
This cake was done for a baby shower. Both the pillow and round treasure box were butter cake with a strawberry buttercream filling, topped with MMF. Tassles and seam rope were MMF with Gold Luster Dust painted on. Gold beads were just royal icing painted with Gold luster dust as well.

Here is one of the Lemon Cupcakes that went with the Tuscan Sun Cake. Lemon Cupcake topped with a swirl of Buttercream (colored Orange) and a sprinkle of fresh lemon zest
Bottom tier was white with buttercream filling, covered in MMF, top tier was chocolate with buttercream filling, covered in MMF. Cupcakes were 1 dz lemon, with buttercream (colored orange) and fresh lemon zest sprinkled on top, and 1 dz red velvet with buttercream (colored yellow) and fresh orange zest sprinkled on top. Zest was referred to as "edible pollen" by one of the guests.
This guy ordered this cake for his girlfriends 21st birthday. She's a Juicy Couture lover, so we made this special for her! Bottom tier was a 10" white with buttercream fill, covered in MMF, middle was 8" Marble with buttercream fill covered in MMF, top tier was 6" Chocolate with buttercream fill covered in MMF. Juicy Couture Logo was cut out of a sugar sheet and the bow on top was made of MMF.
For a 16th Birthday - Alice In Wonderland Themed Costume Party. They LOVED this cake! Bottom was a 10" White with buttercream filling and covered in Marshmallow Fondant, top was a 6" Red Velvet with buttercream filling and covered in MMF as well. The hat was a lemon cake covered in MMF, tail made of MMF, and card guys made of gumpaste. I LOVE doing topsy turvy cakes like this!
The main party cake for Lil' Rebels. Bottom is Lemon with Raspberry Filling topped with Vanilla buttercream in a light blue and black checkerboard. Top tier is marble with chocolate filling and Vanilla buttercream in a light blue base with white polka dots.
This was done for a last minute wedding. She wanted this for her big wedding in March, but with the military life, the wedding in March had to be moved up to this past weekend! So they had 2 weeks to plan and not a whole lot of money. So we managed to give her the cake of her dreams...just in a smaller portion. :-)
