To make my first chanel baby purse cake, I used a single side model of the bag, the strips and the letters are equipment , even including the small sugar decorations.

Two tier vanilla sponge cake, the bottom was filled with 1 layer of nutella cream and the other one with chantilly cream and chocolate drops.The top was just the ball sponge cake. Everithing is decorated with decorator's buttercream : small tip star for the ball and grass tip for the bottom. The logo and the scarf was black, red and withe fondant.
This cake was made with chocolate cake and tartufo ice cream ( vanilla, coffee and meringue, ice cream) covered with whipped cream and decorated with buttercream and some little decorations with sugarpaste(fondant)
