Made this for a friend who loves Coca-cola. The soda is hard candy sugar I pulled over a wooden dowel and the rest broken into pieces to make ice. Seen a few versions of this on the internet, this ones my version.

Cake is hand painted, the daisies are gumpaste/fondant.
Sample of gelatin gems on a cake, the ones on the crown are the tiniest molds I could find, Impossible to fill with hot sugar at least for me. Gems on the crown applied to the crown with piping gel. Ones on the cake with a little piece of fondant behind them.
Cake was inspired by a cake modthyrth did. Hers was based on a Peggy Porschen cake. Chocolate cake with Dark chocolate ganache, All roses and leaves are gumpaste/fondant. These pictures make it a little hard to gauge the size of this cake, it's a smaller rose tower since I ran out of flowers but that pedestal is a 12inch round. My roses are all gumpaste and airbrushed a variety of pinks. Nearly 70 total roses.

This cake was influenced by items from the customers office. She likes sea glass and earthy tones and making jewelry. Topped it with a glass in a fisherman's rope. Love making these types of cakes, her office was filled with very unique items giving her a very unique cake!
