Christmas Flower Cake
This is a 10x4 inch cake I made for a customers Christmas party. Everything is 100% edible except for the strand of pearls around the cake. I made the flowers with 50% gumpaste / 50% fondant and then dusted them with Sanding sugar and edible glitter. The centers of the flowers are edible silver pearls. Love how this turned out!

Red & White Cake
This is a 2 tier cake I made for a couples 40th wedding anniversary. The flowers are made of fondant that I let dry over night in a flower former. The bottom tier is a 9 inch and the top tier is a 7 inch round. We then just put some non-edible pearls on the bottom to make a border, turned out so cute.
