I hate to copy a cake, but sometimes a client wants "that cake"! I do try and make subtle changes to it anyway. I don't know the original designer of the cake to give proper credit to, but it was a beautiful cake and mine didn't come close to it!
This was the second attempt at this cake! The first one fell apart with the humidity and heat in my studio, so I pulled this one off in 7 hours! Although I liked the original car's shape better, the client was still very happy with this one.
