Bling & Tangerine 4-Tier Hexagon Cake
This is my first hexagon, buttercream cake. I had so much fun with this. The bottom tier was white velvet cream cake with two layers of rapsberry filling; Tier two was a chocolate delight cake; Tier three was a strawberry cake with two layers of strawberring filling and the top tier was a carrot/pineapple cake.

Burgundy Calla Lillies Square Wedding Cake
This is my first square 4-tier wedding cake I made for a friend's granddaughter which served 200 people. The calla lilies I made from gumpaste and used burgundy gel paste color and burgundy luster dust. I used a butter cream icing and piped a scroll design in the corners of two of the tiers and used a quilt pattern for the other two tiers.

Baby Shower Cake Replica
One of my dear friends was having her first baby and I saw this cake online and tried to do my own version of it and I was very pleased with the outcome. The first & third tiers are 5-Flavors cake and the 2nd tier is my chocolate buttermilk recipe. This was a labor of love. The blocks took a lot more time than I expected.

My First Baptismal Cake
This is my firs baptismal cake a former co-worker of mine requested. It looks so much like a baby shower cake! She had a picture of what she wanted and I tried my best to imitate it. Needless to say, she was thrilled! The top tier (8" cake) was my lemon delght cake torted with lemon curd filling and a lemon flavored butter cream icing. The 2nd tier (10" cake) is my french vanilla cake recipe torted with strawberry filling. The "baby blocks" were made from the lemon delight cake. I covered both cakes and the cake support with my marshmellow fondant. This was a labor of love because I had a difficult time with those darn blocks. The little baby boy is named "DOMENICO" and is spelled out on the blocks.

Elephant Cake Pic 1
This is my very first animal sculpted cake! It is a Dr. Seuss inspired lime colored, pink polka dot accent elephant. It feeds about 20 people. I used my 5-Flavors pound cake recipe for the cake flavor and iced it with 5-Flavors butter cream icing. I finally covered it with made from scratch marshmellow fondant and used fondant for the accent designs.

Chocolate Decadence
A co-worker of mine wanted a cake that was "decked out" in chocolate! This is a 9" inch, 3 layer, chocolate buttermilk cake with ganache and chocolate dream buttercream icing on each layer and cover with a thin layer of chocolate fondant. The chocolate fondant I made from scratch and added a little of the ganache. The fondant tastes like Tootsie Roll. I garnished the cake with rosettes made from chocoloate buttercream icing, drizzled with ganache and I shaved dark chocolate and sprinkled it on top.
