Dolphin Moma's 19Th Birthday Cake

My daughter and her room mate are commissioner at Coker College this year, where they help in coming freshman get adjusted to campus life. Well, they use family type themes to do this. My daughter is the Turtle Moma and her room mate is the Dolphin Moma, and this her 19th birthday cake. Cake is funfieti and mm fondant. I tired going for a tie died theme and it worked ok.

I make what the bride wants. I think this one most different wedding cake I have done. Heart shaped cake are funfeiti in side with white chocolate buttercream icing with lite pink ribbon and hot pink fondant hearts.

Fire Truck

This was my nephews grooms and my1st a tempted at 3D Fire Truck. He couldn't find anyone else who would make one for him. I was not happy with it but he was. Plus this cake made it from Chesterfield, SC to Canton, GA.

Topsy Turvy Cake

My daughter loves to challenge me. This cake is a take off a Pink Cake Box cake. My 1st time doing topsy turvy cake. I learned a lot with this one. Covered in Fondant with damask cut outs and feathers also used luster dust.

Gulledge Wedding

This is a special cake for me because, it is my wedding cake. Five tier vanilla pound cake with butter cream frosting under fondant. We made and yes I said we made the groom help make 127 hand made fondant roses for this cake. My husband helps me a lot with some of the cakes. He is very good at cutting out flowers.

Sweet Sixteen Birthday

Young lady I made this cake for plays the flute in her High School Band. They are the Braves. I put pictures of the band getting their medal after winning the State Championship and the music to the school song on the cake. Also, this was my 1st time making a person.
