  • Course 1 Rainbow Cake It was made on April 15th so we celebrated tax day! My very first decorated cake in class.
  • Course 2 Basketweave Cake Learning how to use color flow and making birds and flowers was fun. Doing the basketweave was tedious. It looks great though!
  • Fondant & Gumpaste Course Final Cake Using the handkerchief cake design in the course book but changing from the third triangle punch to adding the daisies.
  • Wilton Course 3 Final Cake This is a tiered cake made with lots of large and small lillies and leaves.
  • Pam & Suzie's Graduation Cake This graduation cake was made using the Wilton directions from the new yearbook(2010)
