Henna Cake
I am always looking for new cake ideas, and I have always loved the look of henna. So one day, I am surfing the net, and I land on cakecentral.com and there was a henna cake on there, that just jumped out at me. I had to try it for myself. So here is my take on henna. It is a two tiered white cake, with raspberry bits in it. Inbetween the layers, is a raspberry cream filling mmm YUMMY! The whole cake is covered, and decorated in buttercream. P.S. if you know who make the blue/black henna cake, please let me know, so I can thank them for their idea

Un-Bee-Lievable
my fondant/gum paste course final. The hive is covered in fondant. The bees are all fondant, other than the wings. The carnations and daisies are made of gum paste. I made the clover flowers out of royal icing, and the clover leaves are made out of gumpaste. The grass is buttercream. The honey is piping gel.

My Course 3 Finale
For our course 3 finale of Wilon Cake decorating we needed a teired cake. I loved the look of topsy-turvy cakes, and I asked my teacher if that would be alright if I did one. She said it was fine. So I searched on the net on how to do it, and this was my creation. I asked my friends what colors I should go with for my cake, and they decided on bright bold colors. I spent a while making all of the sugar flowers, and than hand painting them. I loved the finale look of my cake.
