This is the first time I try my hand at fondant figures. Santa was my very first try.
First time trying my hand at gingerbread cake or shaping fondant into figurines or fruit. Can't wait to attempt a Christmas one now.
My final cake for course 3 which coincided with my wedding anniversary. Worked out perfect. My first tiered cake.
First time ever fooling with fondant. Done in course 3, class 3 of wilton courses. Did better than I thought I would do. Really enjoyed fooling with fondant. It was a chocolate, one layer, WASC.
Cake I made for a event for bus drivers. It was a single yellow 12 x 18 sheet cake. Buttercream icing .
Mother's Day chocolate cupcakes, with creme' filling and buttercream sunflower on top. Decorative cupcake bee inserted. First time trying anything like this.
This was my first cake made for my hubby who just asked for a strawberry cake. I wanted it to look more "manly" but didn't do such a good job. Doing wilton classes and obviously could use alot more practicing and a better paln of exactly what I want to do next time.
Final cake for Course 2. Lemon WASC with Lemon Curd filling. I am happy with the outcome. My best cake so far. Looking forward to Course 3.
this was my last cake for course 1. It actually came out pretty good and then on the way home completely fell apart. my other two cakes didn't do that. there was no salvaging it.
The "clown" cake. Could have picked better colors and messed up on the decorations alot.
cake from my first wilton class, the "rainbow" cake
